Services & Treatment
We provide a comprehensive range of chiropractic services aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing your overall health and well-being, and restoring your ability to enjoy everyday life.
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a specialised healthcare treatment focused on diagnosing and addressing disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors undergo extensive training to employ hands-on techniques aimed at alleviating issues related to bones, muscles, and joints. At LA1 – Chiropractor in Lancaster, we utilise a variety of techniques such as spinal manipulation, Thompson Drop, and the activator method to enhance spinal function and reduce pain.
Our practice caters exclusively to patients aged 16 and above, with minors requiring parental or guardian accompaniment. We also offer safe and gentle chiropractic care for women during pregnancy and postpartum periods. Silke, our chiropractor, has undergone additional training in this specialised area, ensuring expert treatment for pregnant and postpartum patients.

What to expect at your first session?
During your initial visit, the clinician will assess your symptoms and take your case history to determine if chiropractic care is suitable and which techniques are likely to help. A thorough examination, including orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic testing, will be conducted to diagnose your condition.
Treatment is usually provided on the first visit if appropriate and no further investigations are required. However, if further investigation is needed or if chiropractic care is unsuitable for you, you will be given the option of a GP referral.
